1. FULL GROWN = DEVELOPED [Philippians 2:3-5]

Be no more children tossed to and fro. [Ephesians 4:14]

  1. RIPE = SOFT & SWEET AS GOOD FRUIT. EASILY PEELED. [Ezekiel 36:26]

I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh and give you a new spiritual heart.

3. PERFECTED – READY FOR USE Philippians 3:13-15 Forget the past, press on, as many as be perfect, be thus minded.

  1. FULLFILLS OBLIGATIONS – KEEPS VOWS – PAYS DEBTS IN FULL. HONES

    2. RELIABLE. You can be counted on to do what you say. You do not run from your obligations.

  2. NOT EASILY PROVOKED OR OFFENDED. [Mark 4:17] (immediately they are offended)

6. TEACHABLE - CHANGEABLE = GROWTH Things change, do you? God does not but we must in order to be like him. What about a road sign that changes? Do you ignore it?

7 OBEDIENT TO AUTHORITY [Ephesians 4:11-12] And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelist; and some, pastors and teacher; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: [Hebrews 5:6-8] Jesus learned obedience through suffering.

  1. UNSELFISH – PUT OTHERS FIRST You must crucify the fleshly desires of the flesh, [Romans 15:1-3] bear one anothers burdens
  2. UNDERSTANDING [Proverbs 4:5-8] Get wisdom, get understanding; forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 2:10-12 When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee: To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things;
  3. PLEASING TO THE LORD [Proverbs 16:7] When a man’s ways please the Lord he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.
  4. FAITH REVEALS EVERY FEAR [II Timothy 1:7] God has not given the spirit of fear. [Hebrews 11:6] Faith pleases God
  5. WALKING IN THE SPIRIT [Romans 8:14] For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
  6. LEADERS WILL WANT TO ACCOMPLISH THE ABOVE LISTED OBJECTIVES. THOSE THAT DESIRE TO BE A LEADER WILL HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND ALLOW GOD TO WORK THESE THINGS IN THEM. HE WILL PERFECT THAT GOOD AND PERFECT WORK THAT HE HAS BEGUN. THE FRUIRT WILL BE GOOD!!
